Does anyone know how to clean and lubricate a Steermaster Mark II cable, if it is possible altogether? Mine got stuck and hardly moves up and down… I searched on the web, including EBay and Glen, but it looks like that these cables are out of stock since years ago.

Did anyone replace the original Steermaster system with another rotary steering system available on the market (Ultraflex, etc.)? Which system have you used, in order not to make too many adjustments and dramatically change the original external appearance of the steering? I was advised to chose the Ultraflex T91 steering box, and the M90 Mach steering cable (see the attachment). Any experience to share?
